Papaya green smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe papaya
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Note: you can add 1 tbsp of nut butter if you want to make it a whole meal.
