This green smoothie is for beginners. It’s a delicious way to start drinking green smoothies, if you’ve been wanting to try for a while. However, make sure your mangoes are sweet and add as much mango as you like.
I add 80% greens 20% mangos, that’s how I like it. But you could start with 50/50 greens/fruit ratio with 3/4 to 1 cup water.
Two ingredient green smoothie
- 1 ripe mango or 1 cup frozen
- 2.5 cups greens any greens
- 1 cup water
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
